It's always interesting when Dubya has to speak his own mind and not the scripted mind of Karl Rove. With Neptune in oppostion to Dubya's natal Mercury his ability to speak about how he sees the world is clouded in fantasy and idealism, with transiting Jupiter amplifying this aspect and natal Pluto conjunct this whole enchilada there...might be open mouth insert foot and self destruct, not mention his religious fanaticism has him convinced he is his Gods' tool.
We still have in effect transiting Pluto in opposition to Dubya's natal Uranus in the 11th House. Eleventh House represents Congress, House and Senate , ambassadors sent to other nations.., hmm looks rather shaky there, Uranus, sudden changes, Pluto death destruction and rebirth, ouch, this doesn't bode well for our world image, looks like we respresent death, destruction, chaos and ruin, and with all the arm twisting, threatening, brow beating our ambassadors are conducting on other international leaders, such a high ethical standard we display...not.
The transiting Moon, the people, will be 29 degrees 42 Aries in the 10th House. Tenth House represents the President, the ruling class, and where the National Identify becomes wholly conscious. One could hope that the initiatory energy of Aries and the critical 29th degree of the Moon, The People, that the People see oh so very clearly the real Dubya and his speech ignites the masses, well I can hope anyway.
Give Dubya an open mike, and may be some enterprising journalist will ask the right questions at the right time and the people will see the real truth and not that which is deseminated through government controlled media moguls.
Another interesting aspect at a critical degree is transiting Uranus 29 degrees 47 minutes Aquarius, in a sesquiquadrate aspect to Natal Sun in the 12th House. Uranus, sudden departures and changes, 12th House, things hidden, unseen, confinements. What is going to be dredged out of the dark psyche of Dubya? Hmm...we will listen and see.

In the long run, this could just be another snow job with Neptune that Dubya is trying to foist off on the American People to justify his immoral war with Iraq.
By all that is holy, how can any of us let these men wreak death and destruction upon 100,000 thousands of innocent Iraqi, men, women and children. Dubya is really delusional if he thinks their lives and the streets of Baghdad running red with blood is a victory ordained by his God. Ah well, I'm safe and sound on my mountain top, clean air, food, heat, a good job, good friends, what do I care that Dubya does this, it does't hurt me. Ah, well there ya go, that's such a wrong assumption. Dubya's actions will affect this nation for decades to come, if we as a Nation can withstand the damage he is doing.
