Creedance Clearwater Revial, pretty much says it all.
The Full Moon falling on the morning after the Dubya's deadline.
First Saddam is a bad man, of that no one disputes, it is however the methodology that George Bush may choose  to employ  is  beyond the pale of civilized people.
We are the Moon, the People, will we as a collective spirit hold forth with the greater world majority opposing War or will we have become in the eyes of the world a symbol of greed and destruction?

Bad Moon Rising

I see the bad moon arising.
I see trouble on the way.
I see earthquakes and lightnin'.
I see bad times today.

Don't go around tonight,
Well, it's bound to take your life,
There's a bad moon on the rise.

I hear hurricanes ablowing.
I know the end is coming soon.
I fear rivers over flowing.
I hear the voice of rage and ruin.

Don't go around tonight,
Well, it's bound to take your life,

There's a bad moon on the rise.
All right!

Hope you got your things together.
Hope you are quite prepared to die.
Looks like we're in for nasty weather.
One eye is taken for an eye.

Don't go around tonight,
Well, it's bound to take your life,
There's a bad moon on the rise.

Don't go around tonight,
Well, it's bound to take your life,
There's a bad moon on the rise.

Okay right off the bat
there's the Mutable Grand Cross.  Fluidity, changeability, scattered resources, a working at cross purposes, and in the long run, nothing is under your control.  What forms this chaos, Pluto in Sagitarius, death, destruction rebirth on the midheaven, with Saturn in opposition in Gemini, the remaining pieces would be the Sun in Pisces in opposition to the Moon in Virgo, barren earth.    Saturn sits in the Fourth House.  The Fourth House is the House of the Common Man.  Oh there's a conflict for you, the masses against the Man.  Saturn oppositeTenth House Pluto!  The Common Man rising up and saying NO to destructive the Destructive Plutonian Ruler (Bush in our case).  Saturn, it's restrictive energies are in Gemini, air, intellect, writing, communication, the Internet, these are the tools we can employ in our opposition.
Okay Sun and Moon opposition.  Dreamy, idealistic, unrealistic at times delusionary and visionary Pisces Sun in the First House, Sun representing the Resident President opposing the Moon, the People in Virgo, in the Seventh House, annal, nit picky, precise, exacting, cold, black and white. The Seventh House represents  wars, truces, alliances.  Gee, the People are opposed to War?  Or the People are for War?
Take note, Uranus has just entered Pisces 0 degrees 25, Twelth House.  The Sun is sextile Uranus, adding a wreckless atmosphere to an already touchy chart.  Gotta mix the Moon in too, the Moon is inconjunct to Uranus a lot of emotional volitility here, I suspect the Moon, the People are going to react, especially if have we have rained 3000 missles down on Baghdad, and the sands of Iraq are colored red.
With Pluto at Midheaven it's square Mercury and the Sun in the First House, which only serves to add power to the Residents rhetoric.
  Will Bush be stopped?
International Response to Iraq Ultimatum
Russian Foreign Minister Igor Ivanov said his country opposes settling a deadline and warned that unilateral military action against Iraq would violate the United Nations' charter.
"If the United States unilaterally begins military action in relation to Iraq, it would violate the U.N. charter and, of course, when the U.N. Charter is violated, the Security Council must gather, discuss the situation and make the corresponding decisions," Ivanov said in an interview with Russian television released Saturday.
